Map
The park is named for the five islands off the point of land that encompasses the park. The Economy Mountain Trail will take you to the Red Head Trail. The Red Head Trail takes you to a lookout that looks down the coast along large red cliffs. Off the end of the red cliffs is the first of the five islands.
The Estuary Trail travels along the other side of the point along the estuary at the mouth of the East River.
